Hehe, Amy! Cool...
I love everything about this. The square format, the composition and drawing. Putting in that vase or candle to the right of the figure keeps the eye from moving off the edge and the strong color harmony and brushwork in this painting is just beautiful. That little slash of violet is brilliant and makes the painting. Slam dunk!
